What to do if my SysVPN Android app is not working?

If you're experiencing trouble connecting to SysVPN on your Android device, it’s a good idea to check a couple of things first.

These potential issues may include account status, app setup, or network settings. You may solve them by doing the steps below in order.

- First of all, ensure your account is active and your subscription is still valid.

- Then, toggle between the TCP and UDP protocols.

- In case that doesn't work, reinstall the SysVPN app.

• Step 1: Open the Google Play Store and look for "SysVPN" in the search bar.

• Step 2: Click Uninstall.

• Step 3: Once the process of uninstalling has been completed, click Install again.

The misconfiguration of your Android OS application, or the network might also be a cause. Check to see whether the issue still exists after completing all the steps. If it does, contact our customer support team for assistance.
