Unless otherwise stated we mainly provide our services through subscription plans. By using our services, you hereby authorize us to save your card details and allow us to deduct the transaction amount from your credit or debit card through 2CheckOut, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Cryptocurrencies (as stated on our website) and/or any other method in the future. The payment will be according to the price plan which is accessible through our website. You can choose any plan as stated on our website or mobile application and the payment will be before the start of the services. All the payments will be made according to our payment policy and users can pay through the payment platform. Please note that we reserve the right to change, remove or modify any of the payment methods at our sole discretion without giving any prior notice. We are not accepting any other payment method. We will update through notification if we start accepting other payment methods.

8. REFUND POLICY

8.1. Refund Process

Users satisfaction is our primary concern. This Refund Policy has been written for all the users who have used SysVPN and want to claim a refund. All users have 30 days (from the date of purchase) to claim refunds. No further days will be awarded to anyone for any reason for the purpose of the refund. If you have used Google Store or Apple store, or any other third-party platform then the refund policies of those platforms shall be utilized to initiate the refund process.

It may take us up to 10 business days for your refund processed. If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This refund amount may take some time to show in your records, so before contacting us, please check with your credit card company, bank, or other payment services.

8.2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

All payments made via gift cards cannot be refunded. If you want to get a refund please contact the reseller who sold you the gift cards. If you have bought the SysVPN plans from a third-party reseller then those also cannot be refunded.

8.3. Subscriptions Purchased on Apple App Store

Subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store are subject to Apple App Store refund policies, so you may need to check out the Apple's in-app purchase refund policy and/or contact store support. If you want to cancel your SySVPN recurring subscription on Apple App Store, you will need to do it in your Apple App Store account directly. 8.4. Subscriptions Purchased on Google Play Store

Subscriptions purchased via the Google Play Store are subject to Google Play Store refund policies, so you may need to check out the Google Play Store's in-app purchase refund policy and/or contact store support. If you want to cancel your SySVPN recurring subscription on Google Play Store, you will need to do it in your Google Play Store account directly. 8.5. Payment Made Via Crypto Currencies

If you have made a payment in cryptocurrency then the equivalent of the total amount in US $ will be refunded back to the original method of a cryptocurrency payment.

8.6. Subscription Plans And Cancellations

The levels of services will be dependent on the subscription plan chosen by the user. Depending on the plan the users will be charged according to the plan they have chosen for example for the year plan users will be charged once a year on the subscription date and in the case of the monthly subscription you will be charged every month on the subscription date and your subscription will automatically renew each month or year on the subscription date until you cancel it. Please note these payments are considered recurring payments which means that these payments will continue to deduct from your account until you cancel them. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will continue to have access to the services through the end of your monthly or yearly billing terms.

By paying a fee to us users hereby agree to the policies of the payment processor we chose to authorize as our payment gateway. You as sellers will pay a fee to list your work on our website however, you will have all the original copyrights related to the listed work.

9. PERMISSION OF RECURRING PAYMENT

Through the use of credit and debit cards, 2checkout and any other methods, you as a user hereby provide SysVPN the authorization to charge you the transaction amount by saving your credit or debit card details for future payments.

By authorizing us you hereby permit us that:

• We can initiate a payment on your behalf.
• These payments can be one-time or recurring.
• We have the authority to determine the price based on our services.

10. PROHIBITION

By using our VPN series and platform either directly or indirectly, you agree that you will only use this service for the purposes within these terms of use and according to law, regulations and other guidelines which are either expressly or impliedly been given.
