What to do if I have lost or forgotten my account password

In case you’ve forgotten or lost your password, please follow these steps to reset the password for your SysVPN account

1. Go to the SysVPN Account entry page: https://sysvpn.com/login

2. Click on Forgot your password?

3. Type in your registered email address and click on Retrieve Forgotten Password. A password reset link will be automatically sent to your e-mail.

4. Head to your e-mail inbox, where you'll find a letter from SysVPN named Reset your password. Open this letter and click Reset Password to open the password reset link.

5. You will be redirected to the following page. On this page, enter your new password, then repeat it to confirm the new password, and press Reset Password.
