• The user's email address, which may be used to retrieve a lost password and get the most recent SysVPN updates.

• A username to connect to a VPN.

• Payment details. In the event that the user seeks a refund, we will have the transaction or order ID on file.

After you remove your account, you will have the option to erase all of this information. Please reach out to our customer service staff if you decide to do so.
