My SysVPN app on iOS is not working. What do I do?
If you're experiencing trouble connecting to SysVPN on your iOS device, it’s a good idea to check a couple of things first.
These potential issues may include account status, app setup, or network settings. You may solve them by doing the steps below in order.
- Make sure there aren't any issues with your account for example subscription expiry or payment due.
- Secondly, try changing to TCP connection protocol:
• Click the settings icon in the app's upper left corner.
• Click on the VPN Connection tab.
• Select the OpenVPN (TCP) protocol under Protocol.
- If it doesn't work, try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
The misconfiguration of your iOS application or the network might also be a cause. Check to see whether the issue still exists after completing all the steps. If it does, contact our customer support team for assistance.
