- To be eligible for a refund, customers have to file the refund claim within 30 days after the payment.

- The allowed refund period will not be extended for any reason.

- Refunds will not be granted for recurring subscription payments if you cancel the service after renewal; unless the applicable law allows for some provision.

- Please note that if you made a purchase on Google Store or Apple Store, or any other third-party platform, the refund policies of those platforms shall be utilized to initiate the refund process.

- Since we cannot issue refunds for purchases made through any third-party platform, please reach out to them to claim the refund.
